Every now and then, we open the doors of our shop for a special one-day pop-up.
It's your chance to come directly to us, stock up on your favourite sausages and smoked meats, and pick up products that aren't always available through our usual outlets.
Pop-up dates are announced in advance and added to our events calendar.

Our pop-up shop is the place to stock up.
Depending on what's being produced and available, you may find:
- Polish sausages
- Kiełbasa
- Smoked meats
- Specialty products
- Seasonal products
- Limited batches
- Workshop-related food products
We deliberately keep the range flexible, so the focus stays on what's available and in season rather than promising a permanent catalogue.

The shop isn't open every week.
Instead, we announce occasional one-day openings when there's something worth coming in for.
That means every pop-up is an opportunity to:

- Try something different
- See what's available
- Get there before it sells out
